Service Description
Treat your hair with a deep conditioning masque while your scalp, neck and shoulders are massaged. If you like, choose to add on a style after this service or leave with the masque in your hair for extra moisture.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes appointment adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount which must be paid before future appointments can be booked. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed appointment which must be paid before future appointments can be booked. If cancellation is due to a situation that is out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidents, etc… a service charge will not be applied.
